Personal trainers usually charge by the hour, and some charge by the session. This can range anywhere from $50 to $200+ a session/hour. So, if you’re doing 3 sessions a week for a month, that’s $600 – $2400/month . I think it’s more than worth it for what you get, but not everyone can fit that into their budget.
