Hey, my name is Anthony D Brice, empowerment coach and certified personal trainer. I help my clients build their best body by providing a science based customized training regimen, nutrition plan, empowerment coaching, and unwavering support. I’m here to help you transform those hard-to-reach fitness goals into a plan to make sure you get there in as little time as possible.

Your fitness goals are about much more than pounds. Your goals are about you being able to create the image you have of yourself, inside and out, a reality.

I make it a priority to understand who you really are, your lifestyle, and all of the things that will help push you to get exactly where you want to be. Real personal training is supposed to be personal. I’m not here just to give you some exercises; I’m here to build you the program that was tailor made to help you crush your goals in weeks/months, not years.
